Installation

We provide white glove delivery and installation. When our installation team is finished the machine is ready for business. The cost for this service is $1,000 which is added to the initial invoice.

Product Assortment

Straight flavored Skittles® are only available from Incredivend™ for those who have a Skittles® Remix Digital Kiosk. The five flavors are: Strawberry (Red), Orange (Orange), Lime (Green), Lemon (Yellow) and Grape (Purple). The machine also has three bins for different “blends”. We currently sell Skittles® Littles, Wild Berry, and Mashup from those bins. From time to time, we will rotate in new or seasonal items to keep the assortment fresh.

Product Re-Ordering

We have an automated replenishment system that looks at the product levels, number of bags in backstock and rate of sale to determine your next order and then automatically ships it to you. You can, however, place your own orders directly through our online portal or other approved method.

Retail Price / Vend

The standard portion sizes are 5oz (small, 3 scoops) and 8.3oz (large, 5 scoops). You decide what you want to charge for each size. Our suggested retail price is $6 for a small and $9 for a large. Other pricing models are $5/$8 for or $7/$10.

Swipe Systems / Cashless Devices

We can incorporate many of the available swipe systems currently in the market to use on the machine. Ask your Incredivend Sales Representative for more information about whether the system you are currently using has already been integrated.

Software License Fee

There is a $49/month software license fee that gives you access to a backend system that tracks sales and inventory information in real time. It also covers the cost for technical support and dedicated cellular modem that enables us to communicate and update the machine.

Maintenance

From time to time, you will need to remove the product flow tube and wipe out any “chips” from the product that has accumulated in the flow tube. This can easily be done with a 7mm socket (which is provided with the machine). Also, it is good practice to remove the product bin and clean out any product “debris” that has accumulated over time.

Servicing the Machine

When restocking the machine there is a small amount of data that needs to be entered into the Service Screen. Data includes: the number of bags put into each bin, the number of bags leftover after filling and the level of the bin after filling. Entering this data is vital as it enables us to run the auto replenishment system for reorders.

Warranty

There is a 1-year warranty on all parts of the machine (by model).

Technical Support

We have a support line to assist in resolving any problems that may occur. The regular hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 8pm (EST). Support is available on the weekends for emergencies.
